1: No Scamming of any Kind
2: No Bag Jumping (Taking Death Bags and Hyper Bags is allowed)
3: Flame in Public and Local Channels at your own risk
4: Using a Branch of Destruction is only allowed on Brown Tags
5: No Serping unless serped by someone and a diplomatic resolution cannot be met
